Ballers & Scholars Foundation
501(c)(3) NONPROFIT · SERVING PINAL COUNTY SINCE 2023
An Arizona nonprofit expanding opportunity for kids in rural and mining communities. We believe where a child lives should not determine the opportunities available to them.
Two Focused Initiatives
Copper & Cleats
Helping kids get in the game through the local leagues they already play in: participation assistance, equipment, and scholarships.
MINE STEM
Mining Industry Network for STEM Education: hands-on STEM learning, industry exposure, mentors, and career exploration.
Communities We Serve
Kids in smaller rural communities may have fewer nearby programs, fewer specialized resources, and less exposure to the range of careers available. At the same time, many of these communities sit near some of Arizona's most significant industrial and mining investments.
The industries have knowledge and resources. The communities have kids with tremendous potential. Our role is to help build the bridge.
We serve families across all of Pinal County, with special attention to rural and mining communities where resources are hardest to reach.
